How can I track my order?
Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been completed. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from us or Australia Post which will include your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at http://auspost.com.au/track.
How do I make an exchange?
Returns & exchanges
There are 3 simple rules for returns:
*Within 30 days of purchase
*Unworn and unused with original tags still attached and
*In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Please make sure you leave a note with the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
Prepaid satchels has to been sent by a customer along with the return package as you are liable for the postage cost of returning products purchased if returning the product due to an incorrect customer choice in size or change of mind.

What if my product is faulty or I was sent the wrong item?
If the product is faulty when you receive it you may choose to return the product to MADMIA for a full refund or exchange. Please note: Faulty items MUST be reported to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to Contact us before returning the order. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
If the item you received is incorrect compared to your original order (we are extremely sorry!) – please Contact Us ASAP.
What forms of payment are accepted?
MADMIA accepts Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. Afterpay is also available for Australian customers only.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
All successful orders will receive an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of your purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order history or contact us.

I pre-ordered a product, when will my order be sent?
The estimated delivery of your pre-order will be stated in that product’s description on our website. If you placed an order for other ‘available’ products with your pre-order, then you will receive all items together in a single delivery once your pre-order has landed and is dispatched. You will then receive an email confirmation informing you that your order has been sent.
