Grinch and Max Socks

For best results and to keep your MADMIA socks colourful and stretchy for longer, give them a little love:

• Unpack carefully: Use scissors to snip the connecting tag. Never pull or rip it out, as this can damage the knit.
• Cold hand wash only: Heat can make elastane stiff and brittle, reducing your socks’ stretch and lifespan.
• Be gentle with delicate details: Shiny or printed trims made from PVC, PU or similar materials need extra care. Avoid rubbing them when wet.
• Air dry: Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Kids & Adults Socks
Our most popular size. These socks are 'one size fits most', suitable for ages 6+.

For adult wear, we recommend up to a woman's shoe size of approx. EU 41 / US 9.5 / UK 7.5. TIP: As MADMIA sock designs are knitted, not printed, our more detailed designs use more yarn and have less stretch. For a stretchier fit around larger diameter calves, choose a simpler design with less detail (e.g. stars, stripes or polka dots).

Toddler Socks
Best suited to children aged 3 – 5. If your little one is nearly 6, we recommend choosing Kids & Adults.

Age ranges are a guide; fit also depends on foot and calf size.

• Australia: free over AUD $99, otherwise AUD $9.90. Delivery 3–8 business days.
• New Zealand: free over NZD $159, otherwise NZD $14.90. Delivery 6–15 business days.
• USA: free over USD $79, otherwise USD $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
• Other countries: rates and delivery times shown at checkout.

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and exclude taxes and duties. Express options are available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Australia: orders placed before 1:00 pm Sydney time ship the same business day.
• New Zealand: orders placed before 3:00 pm NZ time ship the same business day.
• USA: orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day via USPS.
• Other countries: orders ship the next business day.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import taxes or duties, payable by the customer on delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email contact@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and under the consumer laws of your country, are not affected by this policy.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be emailed to contact@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:

• Order number
• Delivery country
• Item being returned
• Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)

Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged, the return address and any postage costs.

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
• In the original packaging and condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Exchanges by country

Direct exchanges are available for Australia and the USA. For all other countries, once confirmed with MADMIA, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a separate new order. You may place the new order before your refund is processed. Sending an item back does not automatically arrange a replacement.

Postage and refunds

Customers are responsible for return postage and any customs or duty charges on change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires otherwise. Parcels with unpaid customs or duty charges cannot be accepted.

Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless a refund is required by consumer law.
