- Australia: free over AUD $99, otherwise AUD $9.90. Delivery 3–8 business days.
- New Zealand: free over NZD $159, otherwise NZD $14.90. Delivery 6–15 business days.
- USA: free over USD $79, otherwise USD $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
- Other countries: rates and delivery times shown at checkout.
Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and exclude taxes and duties. Express options are available at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Australia: orders placed before 1:00 pm Sydney time ship the same business day.
- New Zealand: orders placed before 3:00 pm NZ time ship the same business day.
- USA: orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day via USPS.
- Other countries: orders ship the next business day.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import taxes or duties, payable by the customer on delivery.

Returns
Returns
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email contact@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and under the consumer laws of your country, are not affected by this policy.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to contact@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:
- Order number
- Delivery country
- Item being returned
- Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)
Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged, the return address and any postage costs.
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging and condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Exchanges by country
Direct exchanges are available for Australia and the USA. For all other countries, once confirmed with MADMIA, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a separate new order. You may place the new order before your refund is processed. Sending an item back does not automatically arrange a replacement.

Postage and refunds
Customers are responsible for return postage and any customs or duty charges on change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires otherwise. Parcels with unpaid customs or duty charges cannot be accepted.
Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless a refund is required by consumer law.

I bought these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. She's 21 and as soon as she saw them online she fell in love with them. They go perfectly with her style and the wings are sturdy and can be laced through so they won't fall off. Well worth the money.
I absolutely love my new boots, they arrived quickly and really fast, looking exactly like advertised...they fit very well, and even though I don't have a little one to team up with wearing the same boots I love that the cool boots don't just come in kiddie or adult sizes but both <3
little, and fairly unimportant downside to me is that the poppers don't hold the wings in place, once I start walking in the boots...they're still fantastic and one of the coolest pair of boots I ever owned but the wings then stick out sideways
Avoir 45 ans et pouvoir mettre des chaussures a paillettes avec des ailes de papillons, honnêtement je ne pensais pas que ca serait possible. Et pourtant vous avez réaliser quelque chose de vraiment unique. J’ai acheté 2 paires, une rose, une noire et je mets une de chaque. J’adore! Même mon amoureux et ses pieds un peu plus grands n’ont pas résister!

On one she the wings don't aling with the last button so it falls off in two minutes of my daughter wearing them. It's such a shame she begged me for ages to have them and I had to save up. Only to have her cry her little heart out over the wings falling off
True to size but a little snug around toes, they do give a little when worn. And are surprisingly comfortable to wear (and are quite warm)
The glitter on them has been great so far after a month of being worn.
The butterfly wings do snap of so recommend having them laced in.
Happy with them....might have ordered the pink ones

Kids shoes in adult sizes - I love it. They are made so you can party in them, as the wings can attach both via laces and click buttons. Nice detail. Secure for dancing. Not the best quality material, won't last forever, but very comfortable fit and soles that are squishy. No pinching even though cheap in material. The glitter seems to stick properly which is a major plus to me, no plastic trace left behind. We'll see if that lasts. Great shoes all in all, especially at the price.
It is a very gorgeous shoes I've ever seen and got the chance to wear them. Such a lovely shoes. Just the glitter on the shoes make the surface of the shoes a bit rough and hard to wear for long walk or for everyday goto.
The sparkle is magical and the design is brilliant! The wings tend to come loose from the snaps which is a shame. But I love the boots in general!

Great response in regardless to my recent experience. Thank you for shipping another pair back. I would give the customer service a five star.
However, the buttons on the wings aren’t fit perfectly on the boots. I had to put them on before she wore the boots, then when she wore the boots, the wings fell off. Very tricky! Can’t really wear them with the wings on. The materials of the shoes are a bit hard. It would be great if the two things that I mentioned could be improves. I would rate two to three stars for the shoes. Overall my daughter likes them.
