Socks - Cold hand wash only with extra care with wings and other accessories. For optimal care of our socks, we recommend a cold hand wash, taking extra care with wings or other accessories. Proper washing is essential to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Our MADMIA socks are made from on average 70% Nylon, 28% Polyester, and 2% Spandex. We don't use cotton because cotton simply cannot achieve the neon, vibrant colours and 3D details that MADMIA is known for. Nylon allows us to create the bright, long-lasting colours and durable structure our customers love. Every product undergoes strict safety and quality testing.

Australia - For all Australian orders below $99.00 AUD, a $9.90 AUD shipping cost will apply.

Returns & Exchanges 
There are 3 simple rules for returns:
* Within 30 days of purchase
* Unworn and unused with original tags still attached and
* In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Australia - If you match the above – please send the items back to 10 Ossary Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Sydney Australia. Please make sure you leave a note with the reason for return/exchange.
Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

USA - If you match the above – please send the items back to 1020 Belle Ave Suite #1140 Winter Springs Florida 32708, USA. Please make sure you leave a note with the reason for return/exchange.
Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

EU - Returns & Exchanges 

You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn (where relevant) and in their original condition and packaging.

Do I pay for returns?

Yes, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

If a customs fee is charged when returning the parcel to our warehouse, the sender (customer) must pay the customs fee. We are unable to accept parcels that incur unpaid customs or duty fees.

European Orders - Can I exchange an item?

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us (see our returns policy), we will refund the item and you can then place a new order for the item(s) you would like. Please note, shipping fees paid on the original order will not be refunded.
