How can I track my order?

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which will include your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at

Alternatively you may log into your account and select Order History for a list of previous orders. Simply select the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking number. If your order has been shipped, click on the ‘Tracking Number’ for further information on your order.


Exchanging your size is really simple. Please email details of the item/s you are returning and the reason for exchange to Please include prepaid satchel along with the return/exchange package – This will be at your expense. Along with your exchange package and prepaid return satchel – Please include a note with your details, order number, reason for the exchange, and the item you want in return. Please send the exchange items to Unit 20/ 830 Bourke Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 .


Delivery times are dependent on where you are located. The delivery times are detailed on our “Delivery Page”.

You have a choice of delivering your MADMIA items to either your home, work or anywhere you like! You’ll have to sign for the delivery, so if you are not available, they will leave a notice in your post box and tell you when it will be available to be collected at your nearest post office. Generally the post office will keep it for 7 days.

MADMIA accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

Afterpay is also available, but only for Australian customers.


All successful orders will receive an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of your purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order history or contact us.


We are super fast at packing and dispatching your order. Therefore, we don’t allow for orders to be cancelled.
