How can I track my order?

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been completed. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from us or Australia Post which will include your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at http://auspost.com.au/track.

EXCHANGE SIZE

Exchanging your size is really simple. Please email details of the item/s you are returning and the reason for exchange to contact@madmia.com. Please include prepaid satchel along with the return/exchange package – This will be at your expense. Along with your exchange package and prepaid return satchel – Please include a note with your details, order number, reason for the exchange, and the item you want in return. Please send the exchange items to 127 Bay Street Botany 2019 NSW Australia.

MADMIA accepts Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

Afterpay is also available, but only for Australian customers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All successful orders will receive an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of your purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order history or contact us.
