How can I track my order?
Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which will include your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at http://auspost.com.au/track.
Alternatively you may log into your account and select Order History for a list of previous orders. Simply select the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking number. If your order has been shipped, click on the ‘Tracking Number’ for further information on your order.
