Delivery Policy:

DOMESTIC (Australia wide)

We’re proud to offer free shipping to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania, using Australia Post, for orders AUD $99 and above. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please Contact Us.

INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world)

We do not offer free international shipping due to the high delivery cost of our shoe range. Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs authority for further details on this.

Delivery times

All orders will be dispatched from our Sydney (Australia) warehouse on the same day for orders before 7 AM (AEST) and the following business day for all orders after midday, Monday to Friday excluding australian public holidays.

Domestic (Australia Wide ) Delivery

There will be a standard flat rate fee per delivery for orders below AUD $99.

Australian Express Delivery

You must place your order before 7 am (AEST) on any business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Next day delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (but excluding Perth metro and all of Darwin)

Note: If you are located outside a Next Business Day area, choosing Express delivery will still result in a faster delivery than Standard delivery.

Next day delivery is not available to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas, Perth metro or Darwin. Please visit Australia Post website to see if you are eligible for overnight deliveries.

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of MADMIA or Australia Post.

Australian Standard Delivery

Postage AUD $10.00

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements. We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery. We deliver by Australia Post.

Australian Islands and Remote Locations Standard Delivery

Postage AUD $10.00

For remote deliveries, redirection will be made to the nearest Post Office for your collection. Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 5-10 business days for delivery within Australia. We deliver by Australia Post.

International Delivery

There will be a standard flat rate fee per delivery for all international orders

Order tracking

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your ‘Tracking Number’. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the ‘Tracking Number’ online at http://auspost.com.au/track
Alternatively you may log into your account and select My Orders for a list of previous orders. Simply select the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking number. If your order has been shipped, click on the ‘Tracking Number’ for further information on your order.

Delivery acceptance

DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there’s no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.Please allow an extra business day for delivery during Australian public holidays.
